Rachael Chelgren and Erica Sicre are veteran estheticians, educators, content creators, podcasters, and the founders of Wax Pro Academy. Known throughout the industry as The Wax Pros, the longtime friends bring years of hands-on waxing, training, leadership, and operations experience to their education.
Rachael has 15 years of beauty industry experience and built her career as a top-producing wax technician and in-house trainer, traveling to help launch new corporate locations. Erica brings extensive leadership and operational experience, having managed six locations and a call center before serving as a regional training manager across seven territories and eventually launching her own independent waxing ventures.
Together, they created Wax Pro Academy to take what they've learned from both sides of the industry and help beauty professionals strengthen their skills, elevate the client experience, and build stronger waxing businesses.
